Born in Siberia, classical saxophonist Valentin Kovalev has charted a remarkable path from studies in Moscow, Paris, and the United States to the world’s leading stages. Winner of the Concert Artists Guild Competition, he made a sold-out debut at Carnegie Hall following his victory at the Naumburg International Saxophone Competition. Beyond the concert hall, Kovalev has built a global following of over 150,000 fans and more than 100 million views online, bringing the saxophone to new audiences with charisma and originality.
