You’ll venture from your elegant room at the Four Seasons Hotel to dine at Quay, ranked among the world’s finest restaurants; climb the Harbour Bridge for a 360-degree city view; and be treated to a backstage tour of the Sydney Opera House.
In Adelaide, you’ll spend a night at its newest luxury hotel, The Oval, and dine at the acclaimed Five Regions restaurant. Finally, it’s on to Hickinbotham Clarendon Vineyards in McLaren Vale for three nights. Your home base will be an enchanting four-bedroom guest house nestled in the vineyards. You’ll join Carpenter and Fraser for a private estate tour and tasting of their acclaimed wines, and enjoy tours and tastings at other notable wineries as well as the region’s finest dining.
