Hsin-I Huang

A highly sought-after collaborative pianist, Hsin-I Huang has performed at esteemed venues in the United States such as Disney Hall and Zipper Hall, as well as internationally in Germany, Russia, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Artists with whom she has collaborated include Margaret Batjer, Andrew Shulman, Sheryl Staples, Chee-Yun, Simone Porter, William Hagen, Blake Pouliot, Jacob Braun, Andrew Bain, Dale Hikawa Silverman and Tao Ni. Passionate about education, Huang regularly works with students at the Colburn School of Music, particularly in the studio of violinist Robert Lipsett. Her chamber music and festival appearances include those at Aspen Music Festival, Ravinia BGH Classics series, NPR’s Performance Today, Sundays Live at LACMA, South Bay Chamber Music Society, Innsbrook Institute, and Los Angeles Philharmonic Chamber Music. Huang is also an accomplished cellist, winning many national competitions in Taiwan before turning her focus to collaborative piano.
