Cameo Cinema
1340 Main Street | St. Helena
Experience an enchanting evening of French cinema and live performance in the intimate setting of the historic Cameo Cinema. A pre-screening set from Berkeley’s Classical Revolution Trio, featuring Latin Grammy nominee Sascha Jacobsen on bass, starts the show followed by the 2025 French comedy/drama Les Musiciens (102 mins). Directed by Grégory Magne with standout performances from Valérie Donzelli and Frédéric Pierrot, the music-filled film tells the story of virtuoso musicians brought together through a unique collection of Stradivarius instruments to perform as a quartet. What could possibly go wrong when these four distinct egos attempt musical harmony onstage? Enter the score’s composer to guide them to unity.
