Purchased by Tatiana and Gerret Copeland in 2020, the historic estate is just a mile from Bouchaine Vineyards and is home to 3,000 Italian olive trees, a gorgeous guest house, and a 3,500-square-foot barn, all surrounded by sweeping views of the area’s gently rolling hills.
