What are the date and location of the event?

Taste of Napa will take place at The Meritage Resort on Saturday, July 11, 2026.


What’s required of me as a vendor?

Please visit the Drink and Food pages to review what we ask vendors to provide for the event.


As a winery, is there any specific varietal I should pour at the event?

This is your chance to showcase your wines and get guests excited about your wines. Feel free to bring whichever varietals, though most wineries will tend to bring at least one white and one red varietal for variety.


What does Festival Napa Valley provide on the day-of?

  • 6-foot table with linen and an additional prep table for food partners
  • 8.5”x11” framed signage including your business name
  • Umbrellas for shade
  • Ice
  • Power source (excluding extension cords)
  • Festival Napa Valley branded napkins
  • Water
  • Go-vinos
  • Crew credentials
  • Stamps for Passport
  • Wine dump buckets


What are the benefits of participating?

  • Recognition on Festival Napa Valley's website, eblasts, and social media that reaches over 100,000 people.
  • Inclusion in the Festival's annual magazine, Crescendo, distributed to 12,500 households and businesses (must confirm participation by February 28, 2026 to be included).
  • Inclusion in the Taste of Napa Passport, an interactive event guide distributed to all Taste attendees.
  • Complimentary General Admission passes to a 2026 Festival Napa Valley Summer Season concert.


What is the deadline to register?

The deadline to register and be included in our Taste of Napa marketing materials is February 28, 2026.


What is the deadline to submit my Responsible Beverage, TIPS, or Food Handler Certificates?

The deadline to submit your Responsible Beverage, TIPS, or Food Handler Certificate is June 15, 2026.


Where can I renew my Responsible Beverage, TIPS, or Food Handler Certificate?

You may renew your Responsible Beverage certification on the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control website. You may renew your TIPS Certificate on the TIPS website. There are a variety of courses you may take online to obtain your food handlers certification. We recommend certifying through ServSafe National Restaurant Association.


What is the deadline to submit my requests for ice and electricity?

You will be sent a form to submit your requests and we ask that you complete it by June 15, 2026.
