Festival Napa Valley Raises Record Setting $2.6 million at Arts for All Gala

Napa, CA (July 15, 2019) – As part of the annual Ten Best Days of Summer, Festival Napa Valley raised a record-setting $2.6 million at its Arts for All Gala on Sunday, July 14, 2019. Proceeds from the event provide free and affordable access to Festival concerts, arts education programs for thousands of public school children, and scholarships for emerging musicians.

“Thanks to the spirited generosity of the donors and sponsors who supported the Arts for All Gala, Festival Napa Valley is having a profound impact in improving the quality of life in our beloved Napa Valley,” said Leslie Frank, Festival Board Member and co-chair, along with her husband Rich Frank, of the Arts for All Gala. “We are providing funding for public school arts education, and ensuring concerts are accessible by offering free and affordable programs that everyone in our community can enjoy.”

The top bid of the night was $450,000 to attend an intimate private concert at The Napa Valley Reserve by 19-time Grammy Award-winner Tony Bennett. Guests bid on a collection of fifteen extraordinary experiences including an all-inclusive stay at Toucan Hill Villa in Mustique owned by Bouchaine Vineyards’ proprietors Gerret and Tatiana Copeland, a VIP experience at Wimbledon 2020, exclusive dinners hosted by Trinchero Family Estates, Far Niente and Marimar Estate, and a bespoke trip to the Venice Film Festival courtesy of Pomellato.

One of the evening’s most memorable moments came when 40 commemorative 3-liter bottles from Napa Valley’s finest vintners were auctioned off, raising $125,000 to underwrite Arts for All summer camps for students from the Boys & Girls Clubs and Napa County Office of Education.

The evening was capped off by four-time Grammy Award-winner SEAL performing songs from his timeless album Standards and his iconic hit Kissed by a Rose for the 400 guests under a grand tent on the lawn at HALL Napa Valley. The Arts for All Gala 2020 will be Sunday, July 19. A limited number of passes are available as part of the Festival Napa Valley 2020 pre-sale through August 15, 2019.
